The Great White Out
I hope you have all been making the most of the snowfall this last week or so. Here in Sheffield we have had 18 inches in the city and up to 36 inches out on the peak - quite phenomenal and the most ever recorded here in 116 years! We hope it hasn't disrupted your lives too much. Bird&Bee was to attend the 29th Lincoln Xmas Market this weekend but the whole event has been cancelled due to the pressure the snow has put on infrastructure. We will however be at …

Just thought I share this beautiful Narnia-esque image of the British Isles. Sheffield is somewhere amongst the swirling snow that blocks out half the country. Where are you on the map?

Bird&Bee will be clearing a snowy path to Lincoln tomorrow to join the festivities at the 29th Lincoln Christmas Market.

Silver & Water found on the Moon
Nasa said that its mission to fire a rocket into the dark shadows of the Cabeus crater near the lunar South Pole produced a plume of debris including silver and enough water to fill a paddling pool.

An ambitious attempt to discover the contents of a lunar crater by crash landing a spent rocket has revealed a "treasure chest" of elements on the Moon.
