We realise that our new fancy shoppe has a few teething problems, so if you're having trouble ordering we've created this simple order form just for you. Simply enter the items and quantities you require, supply us with your email and delivery address and submit the form - voila!

What happens next?

Once we have recieved your order we will send you a total price for your products and a payment request via PayPal (note: you do not need a PayPal account to pay, just a valid credit or debit card)

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions with bird&bee.co.uk

Payment

Payment for your goods will only be taken once we have confirmed that adequate stock is available to fulfil your order. Until payment is taken Bird&Bee are not obligated to deliver your goods and reserve the right to decline payment for any reason.

Delivery

Your items will be delivered within 3 working days of your payment being confirmed. Items are sent via Royal Mail or any suitable courier of our choice. We take care to ensure all items are packaged appropriately to prevernt damage during transit however we strongly recommend that you check items for damage and defects on receipt.

Returns Policy

You may return an item for any reason within 7 days of receipt so long as it is unopened and in its original condition. We will refund the entire cost of the item excluding shipping charges.

Should your item arrive damaged, faulty or in an otherwise poor condition we will gladly replace it so long as you return the item within 30 days of receipt. You will be liable for any costs incurred for returning items.

We do not provide a warrenty for any products outside of the initial 30 day period - So take good care of them!
